Here at Lume Cube we are taking all of the necessary precautions to keep our customers happy and our team members safe. We are all in this together. In these uncertain times please read below for some commonly asked shipping questions. 


FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be patient and allow additional time for processing and shipping. Processing during normal times typically takes 24-48 hours (m-f). Shipping within the US can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on product availability and your location at the time of your order.

Q: What's my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided once it ships out. Please double check your spam folder and allow some time for this to happen. 

Q: My package says it's in Pre-Shipment and USPS is awaiting the item for days now.
A: Due to the massive increase in online shopping and limited staff the USPS has been very busy. Occasionally a box of orders does not get scanned in and just gets put on the truck in an effort to expedite delivery. Please know that we are all doing the best we can. Patience in this time is very much appreciated.


Q: My package says it was delivered but it's not here.
A: Please contact your local post office first, they are best suited to help at this stage of the delivery. If they can't help please obtain a case ID and email it to support@lumecube.com
