Lume Cube products are designed to last but we understand sometimes things happen. To get you back to being creative, we have Lume Care Protection Plans available for some products.

What We Cover

Accidental Damage
During the period of your plan, Lume Cube covers a one-time replacement (or replacement component, at our option) should you damage your product accidentally. This includes drops, spills, dogs, or any other accident resulting in damage rendering your product unusable. This does not cover loss or theft of the product. After a replacement has been issued, you may purchase a new Lume Care Protection Plan for the replaced product.

Extended 2 Year Warranty
All Lume Cube products come with a limited 12-month warranty from the date of purchase from an authorized reseller or directly from Lume Cube, that covers any manufacturer defects, materials and workmanship. To download the full warranty policy, click here. The optional Lume Care Protection Plan extends this warranty period for 12 additional months, for a total of 2-years from date of purchase.

Should you require a replacement product or component, we will cover the cost of shipping to you.

The Fine Print

  • The 2 year protection plan starts from the Date of Purchase and only covers purchases at lumecube.com.
  • You must purchase a protection plan for the specific product you want to cover.
  • If protecting multiple products, you must purchase a plan for each product.
  • All replacement products will still be covered for warranty inside the 2 year window.
  • Replacement products will be new or open-box depending on availability.
  • If the product has a faulty component that needs to be replaced (for example a stand) we will send you a replacement for the component. 
  • If we do not make your specific product, we will replace it with a like product depending on availability.
  • Lume Care Protection Plans must be purchased within 30 days of the original product.

Accident Coverage

If you purchased the Lume Care Protection Plan, we will replace your item 1 time with a new or like new product depending on availability. After that item is replaced, we will not replace any more items for accidental damage but your warranty will still be in place on the replacement.

We will replace your item with a new or an open-boxed product depending on availability. In the case that we do not make that exact product anymore, we will replace it with a similar product.

Purchasing Coverage

No, we only offer coverage on products sold directly from lumecube.com.

Yes, if the protection plan was purchased from lumecube.com within 30 days of the covered product, we will honor it on that product.

Yes, all plans purchased from Clyde/XCover are still valid for their purchased duration. If you purchased one of these plans and need to make a claim, it can be placed through their website.
