If you are a fitness online coach or you do anything for online or you just taking pictures I will highly recommend these lights not only a highlights where I'm at will brighten a dark room in a heartbeat and you can set the brightness you all consider for a different color yellow I guess that's for Sunset but this is the best I ever had at first time ever having professional studio lights and makes a huge difference they are worth the money plus it comes with their own carry case charging chords and stands so you get everything you need and wash your obviously this does not come with a camera but it provides a ton of light work for your own professional camera or your phone or wherever you may be using to record or take pictures with

Outstanding
While I primarily use the lights as fill lights for a podcast - they are more than capable as key lights as well. No need to diffuse (unless you really want to) making it really easy to setup and take down. Highly recommended the kit - comes with everything you need.
