Bryce Way’s recent journey through Namibia was a true exploration of adventure and creativity. Traveling alongside four fellow creators, he captured the breathtaking landscapes of Sossusvlei, Etosha National Park, and beyond. From towering dunes to incredible wildlife encounters, Bryce’s trip was all about storytelling through photography and filmmaking. Here’s a look at his experience and the moments that made this journey unforgettable from his point of view.
"My recent trip to Namibia was an incredible blend of adventure, creativity, and exploration. Along with four other creators, I journeyed across the country, visiting iconic locations such as Sossusvlei, Deadvlei, Etosha National Park, and Sandwich Harbour. Namibia offers an unmatched variety of environments for photography, from the dunes of the Namib Desert to massive coastlines and rugged mountains. Its diverse and untapped landscape provides endless inspiration for capturing images that tell meaningful stories and evoke a sense of Adventure.
As a travel photographer and filmmaker, I’m passionate about documenting the unique stories of the places I visit. My work centers on creating compelling visuals that highlight the character and spirit of each destination. Collaborating with brands to bring their visions to life through photography and film is a significant part of my creative process.
I’m always ready to push boundaries, embracing challenges to capture moments that resonate deeply with people.

Etosha National Park was a standout location on this journey. Its incredible range of wildlife, including elephants, lions, and zebras, created endless opportunities for awe-inspiring shots. Each moment, from animals moving through the savannah to dramatic skies framing the scene, Etosha offered the chance to create visuals that really showcase the full elements of nature.
One of the team's favorite experiences happened at Habitas Namibia on our first day of shooting. We encountered a rhino which is an endangered species during an incredible sunset. With permission to get out of our vehicle, we got closer than we ever imagined possible. The rhino moved carefully as the sun dropped creating an incredible moody image.
The adventure extended to Cape Town, where I used the Tube Light Mini to enhance my work. Whether capturing the iconic presence of Table Mountain or highlighting the dramatic coastline, the light proved to be an invaluable tool. Its portability and versatility allowed me to add depth and mood to my shots, elevating the visual storytelling of these remarkable landscapes.

The Tube Light Mini became an essential part of my kit throughout the entire journey. From lighting up the dunes of Sossusvlei for dusk shots to adding a creative edge to product photography in the desert, it allowed me to work in ways that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. Having a lightweight, adaptable light source meant I could control the scene’s atmosphere, even in remote locations.
This trip wasn’t just about capturing photos, it was about immersing myself in the environment, with the landscapes and wildlife, and sharing their stories with the world and also creating amazing memories with the crew. Namibia’s diverse beauty, coupled with the creative freedom I had during this journey, reminded me why I love what I do. I hope these moments inspire others to explore, create, and appreciate the world’s untold wonders."
