How long does shipping usually take?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be patient and allow additional time for processing and shipping. Processing during normal times typically takes 24-48 hours (m-f). Shipping within the US can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on product availability and your location at the time of your order.
Are you still shipping during Covid-19?
Yes! Our team is still hard at work to ensure you will get your products as soon as possible. There may be some delays but we will communicate every step of the way.
Do I need the app to use Lume Cube products?
No, the Lume-X app is not mandatory to use Lume Cube Products.
Exactly how small in the Lume Cube 2.0?
Lume Cubes are 1.5 cubic inches in size, and weigh a stunningly petite 3.5 ounces.
What is the defective unit warranty on Lume Cube Products
Lume Cube, Inc will replace any defective Cube within one year from the purchase date. For more information on our warranty policy, click here (link to Warranty Policy). Please note that to qualify for your warrant, your Cube must be registered through the Lume-X App.
What if I try Lume Cube and it isn't a good fit?
We know how important it is to have gear that works for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Lume Cube, return it within 30 days for a full refund, no hoops to jump through, no questions asked.
We can’t refund any items that have been damaged for reasons not covered by our warranty, and shipping fees are not refundable. What's my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided once it ships out. Please double check your spam folder and allow some time for this to happen.
My package says it's in Pre-Shipment and USPS is awaiting the item for days now?
Due to the massive increase in online shopping and limited staff the USPS has been very busy. Occasionally a box of orders does not get scanned in and just gets put on the truck in an effort to expedite delivery. Please know that we are all doing the best we can. Patience in this time is very much appreciated.
My package says it was delivered but it's not here?
Please contact your local post office first, they are best suited to help at this stage of the delivery. If they can't help please obtain a case ID and email it to support@lumecube.com
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Due to Covid-19 we have taken down express shipping off the site because it is no guarantee. You can contact support@lumecube.com or talk with our live chat to request overnight or express shipping at an additional cost.
Why is International shipping so expensive?
We do everything we can to keep our international shipping costs as low as possible. There is a wide range and we take the lowest average to provide good service. We also offer free international shipping for orders over $200 USD.

How do I register my Lume Cube 2.0?
Install and open the Lume-X App. Make sure Bluetooth on your mobile device is on, then double tap the right button on the Lume Cube. A screen will appear on your mobile device to congratulate you, and The Lume Cube’s serial number will auto fill in the first line. Just enter your email address, name, hit OK to connect, and you’re done!
