Excellent Ultra-Compact Travel Tripods

These are excellent for my purposes, which is to hold cameras and panel lights for on-location recording. Not only do they look good, the build quality is exceptional, and the locking mechanism is sturdy enough to hold lightweight equipment securely - great balance of form and function!

They're plenty sturdy as they come provided they're not bumped. I like to add a wrap-around ankle weights to the bottom of mine for extra stability when inadvertent jostling is possible.

The swivel mechanism at the top is a very nice touch. I also like to ramp that up by threading on a minimalist ball head.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. It's compact, lightweight, and versatile enough to handle a variety of equipment needs when I'm creating in remote indoor locations.
