To charge the Edge in under 6 hours, use a USB-C PD power supply rated at DC 5V-3A, or 9V-2A / 9V-3A
Avoid non-PD adapters such as 5V/1A and 5V/500mA
Charging with these lower-power adapters may take 18-24 hours, which is not recommended.
A PD adapter (Power Delivery adapter) is a fast-charging power supply that uses a USB-C connector to deliver higher power levels for quicker charging. It is commonly used with smartphones, tablets, and laptops, providing faster and more efficient charging for compatible devices.
For the best wireless charging performance:
- Place the phone relatively centered on the charging pad.
- Allow 5-10 seconds for wireless charging to activate.
- If the phone is moved during this activation window, charging will not start.
Please keep the phone still for the full 5-10 seconds, and charging will begin.
If wireless charging is not working:
- Charge the Edge fully using a proper USB-C PD adapter.
- Confirm the unit is not in low-battery mode.
- Place the phone centered on the pad and wait 5-10 seconds without moving it.
