It depends on your brightness settings but in general the Power Grip XL provides over an hour at 100% brightness. At 50% brightness you can achieve around 2.5 hours.
Both kits come with the Lume Cube XL and Power Grip XL but the Lume Cube XL Studio Kit comes with a 70" Stand, Large Softbox, and Bowens Mount Adapter. The Lume Cube XL Mobile Kit comes with a Mini Softbox and Travel Bag.
Yes, using the Lume Control App you can pair multiple lights. Once they are paired you can control them individually or in groups so they are synced exactly how you want them.
